Sis Oliva Early Harvest Memecik is produced by cold pressing the geographically indicated Memecik type olives of the Aydın Region in a facility with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and ISO 14001. It has high polyphenols and low free fatty acids. Our olive oil received the gold award in the 17th Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quality Competition organized by Zeytindostu Association in 2024.

Memecik Olive, which has a bitterness that does not tire the palate, is rich in vitamin E and phenols. It is defined as a miracle that protects human health because it contains 4 times more polyphenols than other olive types. Intense antioxidant ingredients cause a slight burning sensation in the throat.

The characteristic features of Memecik Early Harvest Olive Oil are grass, green almond, arugula and fresh Aegean herbs.

As Sis Oliva Family, we keep all our olive oils for you in a specially air-conditioned warehouse at 18°C – 20°C. You can safely store your olive oil in a cool, light- and moisture-free environment to preserve its freshness for a long time.
