Sis Oliva Classica is produced by cold pressing Gemlik olives in a facility with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and ISO 14001 certification. It has low free fatty acid.

The characteristic features of Gemlik Olive Oil are fresh grass, arugula, artichoke and fresh Aegean herbs.

Our Gemlik Olive Oil, which is easy on the palate and easy to drink, creates a slight bitterness in the throat. You can use olive oil in salads, cold and hot dishes.

As Sis Oliva Family, we keep all our olive oils for you in a specially air-conditioned warehouse at 18°C – 20°C. You can safely store your olive oil in a cool, light- and moisture-free environment to preserve its freshness for a long time.
